He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crusa (Dutch) and Agnes Crusa; his brothers, Jack and Bob; his in-laws, Herbert and Faye Ladd; and his great grandchild Weston Ladd.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Ladd of Carl Junction; his children, Cheryl Lee Costley (Keith Costley) and Mark Crusa; and his grandchildren, Amanda Hunter (Kevin Hunter), Andrea, Costley, Travis Crusa (Brandie Crusa), Nacole Walker (Shaun Walker), Ryan Crusa (Shannon Crusa) and Christina Wilks (Lee Wilks).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Second Assembly of God (402 N Schifferdecker Ave, Joplin, MO 64801). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
