He is survived by: his siblings, James Elkins (Lena) of Wichita, KS, Michele Elkins of Mammoth Spring, AR, Annette Elkins-Brown (Dennis) of Alvin, TX, Britton Elkins (Brenda) of Cartersville, GA and Sandra Fuller (Richard) of Huffman, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
