He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Noah and Harriett A. Miller Noah; his grandson Eric Curry; and his brother-in-law Mike Pence. He is survived by: his wife Rita Melander; his children, Jeffrey Noah (Rhonda) and Alishia Kravig (Randy); his grandchildren, Payton Hoffman (Kyle), Noah Kravig, Lorenzo Sanchez, Diego Sanchez and Demetrio Sanchez; his great grandchildren, Kamden, Greyson Hoffman, Mathias and Sammuel Sanchez; his siblings-in-law, Andrea Pence, Terri Dolski (Wojtek) and Mike Melander; and his nieces and nephews, Brad, Sarah, Adam, Mikelynn, Kay, Gus and Karlie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Forrest to Wayside Christian Church. Donations may be made through Simpson Funeral Home of Carl Junction, Missouri, which will forward them to the church.
