She was predeceased by: her parents, James Haddix and Elsie May Haddix; and her siblings, Joe, Lulabelle, Mac, Oscar, Dick and Don.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Hedin; her sister Alice Stanton; her children, Larry Hedin (Chieko) of Carl Junction, Dan Hedin (Carolyn) of Monrovia, Carl Dean Hedin (John Wiecks) and Christa Denning (Jeff); her grandchildren, Chizuru Hootselle (Mark), Jeffrey Hedin, Megan Denning and Clayton Hedin; and her great grandchildren, Izabella Curry (Jon), Lauren Burgess, Charlotte Hootselle and Jaxson Kress.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (101 N Main St, Carl Junction, MO 64834). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
