He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Dowling and Dorothy Dowling (Whalen); and his brother Kenneth Dowling (Ramey). He is survived by : his wife Darlene; his daughter Dorri Donnel (Dustin); his stepchildren, Kris Tucker (Angie) and Kim Tucker; his grandchildren, Grace Donnel, Logan Tucker, Jr. and Jerome Tucker; his siblings, Francis Dowling, Cheri Krusemark (Merle), Rick Dowling (Mikki), Peggy McCoy, Kathy Pond and Sandy Sullivan (Steve); and his sister-in-law Gloria Dowling (Allen).
