He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Elsworth and Myrtle Christine Cowick (Wheeler); and his siblings, Eva Corkins, Frankie Cowick and Ronnie Cowick.
He is survived by: his spouse Dedra Darlene Funk; his children, Dedra Diane Hampton (Ron), Dennis Eugene Cowick (Deborah), Douglas Ray Cowick and Karla Gail Wilson (Downey); and his siblings, Richard, Kenton, Donald and Doris Hickman. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bittiker Funeral Home (1201 US-65, Carrollton, MO 64633). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggest contributions be left at the funeral home for a charity of the family choice.
