He was predeceased by : his parents, Alek Payne and Gladys Payne (Parker); his wife Shirley Ann Cochell; and his daughter Cheryl Eden. He is survived by : his sons, Steven Payne and Joe Payne; his grandchildren, Ellie Payne and Jo Catherine Prisby; and his great grandchild Vivian Prisby.
