He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Phillips (Berrey); his children, Fred Phillips, Jr., Eric Phillips, Renee Hardy and Douglas Phillips (Kristen); his brothers, Edwin Phillips (Cindy) and Robert Phillips (Ella); his sister-in-law Terry Phillips; and his nieces, Kara Forck (Nathan) and Katie Berrey. He is also survived by grandchildren.
