She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Forsythe and Jean Ellen Forsythe (Grant); and her former husband Youngblood. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Stiek (Mark) and Robert Mansur (Carrie); her granddaughters, Hannah Smith (Zac), Lillie Mansur (Austin Farmer) and Sarah Kate Mansur; and her great grandchild Jett Smith.
In lieu of flowers and cards, the family requests memorial donations to be made out to the CCMH, Shirkey's Hospice, HELP Services, Red Cross, Children's Mercy, or the United Methodist Church in Carrollton.
