He is survived by: his children, Brenda McCumber (Rick), Scott Poindexter (René), Mark Poindexter (Glenda) and Janet Tonnar (Matt); and his brother Charles Poindexter (Marie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
