She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry T. Fischer and Cora Fischer (Christmas); and her husband Jeff. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Michael Leakey (Debra), Angee Lee Germann (Dennis), Randy Shawn Leakey (Jan) and Mitchell Lee Leakey (Valorie); her grandchildren, Michael Jefferson Leakey (Brandy), Deborah Jane Leone (Daniel), Daniel James Leakey (Casey), Tracey Ann Woodward (Chris), Ryan Lee Germann (Kellye), Kathryn Whitney Coop (James), Collin Mitchell Leakey, Kaycia Rajala (Chris) and Joshua Riepe; and her nieces, Patricia Maxwell (Dale) and Barbara Dooley. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be made to Oak Hill Cemetery, Willis Chapel Cemetery, or the Lutheran Radio Fund.
