She was predeceased by: her son Sam Vaughn, Jr.; her parents, John Page Green and Beulah Marie Kays Green (Kays); her husband Sam; and her granddaughter Amy Katherine Gulley.

She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia June Vaughn Gulley; her son-in-law Charles E. Gulley of Blue Springs, Missouri; her grandson Benjamin C. Gulley; and her granddaughter-in-law Jessica Mallow Gulley of Kalamazoo.

For everyone's safety, the family requests that anyone attending must wear a mask and observe social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks you to consider the Carrollton United Methodist Church for any contributions.

“One of the sweetest persons we ever known.. Norma and her husband Sammy invited us into there home for many years during deer season. My daughter was born in 2004 and called them Papa Sam and grandma Norma.. She was one of very few who watched our daughter while we tracked a deer.. So sorry to learn this.. God definitely got an Angel with Norma.. The only lady to put Sam in line… Rest easy my friend.. You will forever have changed my family for the better. Sam Maucelli. ❤️”
