He is survived by: his wife Margaret Rogers Lane; his former wife Linda Cobb Lane; his children, Amy Lane Pickle (Phillip), Melissa Lane Smith (late Michael), Bryce Pepper (Stephanie), Garnet Pepper Bills (Josh), Dwight E. Pepper (Jenna) and Mary Linda Pepper Lane (Kent McWilliams); his son-in-law Todd Edwards (Crystal); his grandchildren, Andrew Pepper (Jeanne), Edwin Gutierrez, Erin Bills Donat (Raymond), Cade Edwards, Taylor Bills Firth (Colin), Ben Pepper, Sam Pepper, Lane Edwards (Payton), Madelyn Smith, Drew Allen, Lindsey Cooper and Ayden Edwards; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Nora, Silas, Lucy, Josiah, Titus, Clara, Ellis, Lawton and Henry; his sisters, Kay Lane Cheesman (Harold) of Fort Myers and Judy Lane Stephens of Christiansburg, Virginia.; and his brother-in-law Harold Cheesman.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the La Bella Casa Mansion (11 E 7th St, Carrollton, MO 64633). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church (205 N Folger St, Carrollton, MO 64633). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (503 Whiteman St, Carrollton, MO 64633).
In honor of Ronnie's life of faith, love, and service to others, the family welcomes memorial contributions to the Carrollton High School Fine Arts Department, the National Kidney Foundation, Wakenda Baptist Church, or Victory Christian Fellowship of Waverly.
