He is survived by: his wife Janice Brock; his children, Jacob Thomas Belcher (April) of Richmond, Missouri and Ashlee Laya of Overland Park, Kansas; his grandchildren, Isabella, Estella, Morgan and Kendra; his great grandchild Amari; his brother Charles William Belcher of Carrollton, Missouri.; and his pet Kobe.
