She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Calhoun Sanford and Margaret Eleanor Sanford (Taylor); her husband Homer; her siblings, Bud, Sandy, Pat, Paul Eugene, Marilyn and Mike; her grandchildren, Jesse and Brenda; and her daughter-in-law Claire.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Cheek of Spring Hill, Kansas, David Cheek (Joy) of Carterville, Missouri and Brian Cheek (Carol) of Perkasie, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Sharon (Tim), Ben (Susan), Jon (Casey), Christa (Ebony) and Dan (Tracy); her great grandchildren, Cheyanne, Katelyn, Lindsay, Lauren, Luke, Ethan, Noah, Jaxon, Ezra, Joseph, Julia, Caleb, Molly, Eleanor and Judah; and her great great grandchildren, Isabella and Samantha.
