He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Arehart and Stella Arehart (Barker); his siblings, Gary Wayne Arehart (Jack), Lavita McCloud, Merna Pickett, Joann Carpenter, Brent Arehart, Jerry Arehart, Benny Arehart and Kent Arehart; and his stepsister Della Arehart.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Arehart; his children, Lisa Arehart, Rhonda Arehart and Leonard Arehart Jr. (Christina); his siblings, Norma Wolfe, Deolores Handley and Larry Arehart; and his grandchildren, Venessa, Roseanna, Doretta, Gina, Syrenia, Zach, Megan and Nevaeh.
