Allen Jackson Simmons Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Jackson Simmons of Carthage, Missouri, who passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Allen's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Allen has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Simmons (Jo) and Evelyn Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Lima, Christina Walter of Carthage, Lee Walter Jr. of Republic and Angela Walter-Rosario (Thomas Rosario) of Joplin; and his grandchildren, Anthony Jackson Lima, Ella Grace Walter, Miah Kait Walter and Victoria Paul.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carthage VFW Post 2590 (16759 Inca Rd, Carthage, MO 64836).
