She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Edward and Perrie Lee Benson; and her husband Kevin Koch. She is survived by: her daughters, Cristal Hartwig, Amie Blakesley and Shawna Blakesley; and her siblings, Dennis Benson, Rick Benson and Rhonda Thornton. She is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
