She was predeceased by: her parents, Josiah Dickson and Helen Dickson; her husband George Cherry; her sisters, Marie Hurlbert and Alice Benintendi; and her nephews, Terry Long, Rick Hurlbert and Jeff Lortz.
She is survived by: her children, Stan Cherry (Sharron) of Carthage, Jim Cherry (Debbie) of Nixa and Pattie Cherry of Carthage; and her sisters, Martha Schriver of Wichita, Kansas and Joyce Sayler of Wichita, Kansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
