He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Stark and Flora Stark (Sanders); his wife Gayle Mae Kost; his sons, Randy Joe Stark and Billy Charles Stark; his daughters-in-law, Tabitha Stark and Carol Stark; and his siblings, Wilbur, Lee, Alva, Ellis Stark and Alta Barker.
He is survived by: his son Jeffery Clayton Stark of Carthage; his daughter-in-law Marsha Stark; his brothers, Elvie of Carthage and Johnny Stark of Carthage; and his grandchildren, Candida Parker, Missy Todd (Brett), Laura Canady, Craig Stark (Christin), Joe Stark and Josh Treadway. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
