He was predeceased by : his parents, Willis Barlow and Marie Barlow (Halerman); and his brother Eddie Barlow. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Mitchell; his children, Dennis Barlow (Beverly) of Joplin, Steve Barlow (Marcella) of Carthage, Pam Barlow of Miami and Donna Swagerty (Kenny) of Sherman, Illinois; and also Frances Clark of McHenry, Illinois.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
