She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Mitchell Sr. and Mildred Flippo; her husband Bob Barlow; and her siblings, Coy Gene Mitchell, Rex Lee Mitchell and Loretta May Hendrix.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Barlow (Marcella) of Carthage, Dennis Barlow (Beverly) of Joplin, Missouri and Pam Barlow of Miami, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Nick, Cameron and Emily; her nieces, Marsha Hendrix and Ellen "Brat" Poage (Jason); and her close friend Kim.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Ulmer Funeral Home (1208 S Garrison Ave, Carthage, MO 64836). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
