He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Hensley; his children, Brent Hensley (Karensue) of Joplin, Missouri, Shelly Deruy (Kurt) of Joplin, Missouri and Sean Johanson (Elizabeth) of Joplin, Missouri; his brother Mike Hensley (Cindy) of Covington, Georgia; his aunt Selba Hill (Bob) of Cartwright, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Hensley, Noah Hensley, Jonah Hensley, Wyatt Hensley, Ali Nichols, Kennedy Deruy, Gunnar Johanson, Garren Johanson, Riley Johanson, Kaeden Morris and Addison Bridges. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Carthage Little League in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.
