As Donald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Donald leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perkins and Ruby Perkins; and his son Mitchel Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Harrison. He is also survived by four nephews; and three nieces.
