Doris Leggett Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Leggett in Carthage, Missouri, who passed away on May 31, 2025 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry C. Washburn and Zella F. Washburn; and her brother Harold Washburn. She is survived by: her husband Vernon D. Leggett of Wapella, Illinois.; her children, Betty Dellinger (Lyman), Diane Thompson and Aaron Leggett (Debbie); her grandchildren, Amy Wanner (Nate), Adam Dellinger (Diana), Bryce Thompson (Frances), Chris Leggett, Sara Leggett and Jason Leggett; and also, Eli Wanner (Jenna), Mahala Wanner, Cordelia Wanner and Esme Wanner. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
