We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2024, at the age of 75, Harry O Rogers II of Carthage, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Parker Rogers and Helen Rogers of Carthage; and his son Sam (Allison) of Carthage. He is survived by : his wife Cindy Steele; his son Chris (Tracy) of Carthage; his siblings, Charlie (Chet) and Ann Balfour (Doug); and his grandchildren, Aiden, Ben, Abby and Emme Rogers of Carthage.

Instead of flowers, please contribute to memorial at Grace Episcopal Church or to MAKO Fly Fishing Club to be used for kids' activities in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.

“Blessed friend , would come visit me a cross the street when I had my art Gallery on the Square! We just talked about various art and city projects going forward in a good way . Always encouraging me and would thank me for art shows as I thanked him being a fine Mayor for our city of Carthage! Peace , love now in Gods Hands dear friend always in my heart !
