He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lee and Venita Lee (Royster); his son Billy Ellzey; and his siblings, Alvin, Charlie, Frank, Kenneth, Jerry Lee, Charlene Thomas, Retha Swatosh, Shirley Crouch, Alice Roberson and Wilma Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Tressa "Jane" Lee; his daughters, Valisa Schrader (Brad), Heather Lee, Holly Spurgeon and Shannon Yoder (Chris); his daughter-in-law Susie Ellzey; his grandchildren, Samantha, Chad, Ashlyn, Alyssa, Ethan, Kylee, Kyle, Blaze, Mariah, Blake, Bailey, Blaine, Nikol, Alex, Lexie, Marcus, Serenity, Atticus, Temperance, Gracie and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Kail, Avery, Bentley, Jas, Daxton, Kaisyn, Edith, Barrett, Lincoln, Jayaa, Jemaa, Rylee and Taytum; and his brothers, Charles and Floyd. He is also survived by many extended family members and a host of friends.
