He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard V. Scofield and Velma Scofield (Thornton); his wife Jonnie Sue; his son Alex John Scofield of Webb City; his granddaughter McKenna Scofield of Norman; his sister-in-law Leslie Arft (Ron); his son B. J. Scofield; his brother Billy Scofield; his in-laws, John and Cherry Furry; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Perkins and Dick Perkins (Mack Brown). He was also cherished by his family and many friends.
