He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Carl Overton, Sr. and Francis A. Overton (Simpson); and his wife Ruth Williams. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Sherry Jennings, Georgia, Karen Dumphy, Shila Willimas, Justin Overton (Holly), Mark Overton (Stephanie) and Mark Williams (Kay).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Park Cemetery (801 S Baker Blvd, Carthage, MO 64836).
