We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2024, at the age of 83, James Emory Woods of Carthage, Missouri, born in Shattuck, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Acy Woods and Alsie Woods; his son Monte Woods; and his brother Darrell Fred Woods. He is survived by : his wife Arlene; his children, Kale Woods (Brenda) of Platte City, MO, Stacy Woods (Nancy) of St. Charles, MO and Kara Ledford (Dustin) of Carthage, MO.; and his siblings, Yvonna McDonald, Anita Stahlman (Clinton) and Jack Woods (Susie).
