He was predeceased by: his parents, James K. Burns, Sr. and Helena F. Burns (Redmond); his siblings, Angela Hill, James Burns, Jr. and Jesse Burns; and his nephew Clifton Burns.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Christine McMillen; and his siblings, Sheila Davis (Miles), Claude Burns (Joan), Harley Burns (Dorena) and Chestene Burns. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to help with Keith's funeral expenses.
