She was predeceased by : her parents, William Ray Whitman and Lillie Whitman (Nance); and her husband Tex Raymond Burkhart. She is survived by : her children, Michael Ray Burkhart of Neosho, Missouri, Richard Lee Burkhart of Granby, Missouri, Jacci Sue Connell of Miami, Oklahoma and Julia Ann Hardy of Miami, Oklahoma; and her brother William Whitman of California. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
