With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rex Wayne Maynard of Carthage, Missouri, who passed away on January 22, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Rex Wayne shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rex Wayne farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward Maynard and Mary Jayne Simon; his son Rex Wayne Maynard Jr.; and his brothers, Mike Maynard and Ken Maynard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Maynard of Carthage, Missouri, Meredith Maynard of Carthage, Missouri and Yolanda Reales of Carthage, Missouri; and his siblings, Roy Maynard of Reeds, Missouri and Doreen Maynard of Sarcoxie, Missouri. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
