He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don, Barbara Simmons and James Spradling. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Simmons and Elizabeth Simmons; his brothers, Paul Matteo (Lisa) of New Jersey and Jay Simmons of Carthage; his niece Saoirse Matteo; and his grandmother Sandra Spradling Fritsch. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
