He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Davis and Carolyn Christian Davis; his son Ward Christian Davis; his granddaughter Justice Marie Rogers; his brother-in-law Jim White; his uncle Billy Jack; his aunt Louetta Davis; and his cousins, Billy Dale Davis and Linda Davis Montgomery.

He is survived by: his daughter Allison Renee Boone (Scott); his sisters, Ann Harmon (Johnny) and Kristy White; his nieces and nephews, Kristin Morgan (Nathan), Anna Sands (Ian), Jeremy Harmon (Jennifer), Richard Harmon (Jannie) and Keith Davis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kate Morgan, Derrick Morgan, Logan Sands, Bryce Strawn, Olivia Harmon and Carlee Davis. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

The family request that in lieu of flowers memorials please be given to the ALS Foundation or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
