He is survived by: his wife Carol Horner; his children, Ronnie Keller and Kimberly Bogan (Jeffery); his brothers, Michael Horner of Caruthersville, MO, Russell Horner of Caruthersville, MO, Brad Horner of Caruthersville, MO and Joe Horner of Caruthersville, MO; his mother-in-law Anna McLemore; and his grandchildren, Marquan Bogan, Taliah Bogan, Kenyon Bogan and Ariayah Bogan. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
