He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmen Phillips and Zerta Fowler Phillips; and his stepdaughter Amy Holifield. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips; his daughter Mya Skaggs; his stepchildren, Laura Shaw and Scott Holifield; and his sisters, Peggy Barnes and Barbara Pullam. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and a number of great grandchildren and many friends.
