She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Lewis and Anna Ellery "Ann" Patterson (Pendergraft); her spouse C. S. Rose; her sisters, Florence Rose and Gusta Watson; and her son-in-law Walter Preston.

She is survived by : her children, Greg Rose (Shelley) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and Judy Preston of Titusville, Florida; and her grandchildren, Sheridan (Cary) of Broken Arrow and Samuel of Tulsa, Oklahoma..

Contributions may be made to Prairie Hill Baptist Church Building Fund in memory of Carrie.
