He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred E. Shaw (Barnes) and Evertt R. Shaw; and his sisters, Beverly Jean Shaw (Bob Mason) of Cheyenne, Wyoming. and Joan (Lloyd Vogt) of Elmwood. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Schubert; his son Tim (Penni) of Bassett; his grandsons, Quinton, Jared (Taylor) and Carson; his son Tom (Angie) of Memphis; his grandchildren, Taryn (Harry) and Jeb; his daughter Wendy (Tim) of Bassett; his grandchildren, Tyler (Krystal), Travis (Sarah), Trevor (Ericah), Jordon (Eric), Brianna (Ben) and Newt (Lexi); his daughter Connie (Chad) of Cassville; his grandchildren, Evan and Elizabeth; his daughter Kari of Bentonville; his granddaughter Lily; and his brother-in-law Rex Schubert (Cindy) of Bella Vista, Arkansas.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials to be made to the Sybrant Community Church or STEER, Incorporated in memory of Chuck.
