He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Cummins and Ritta Cummins (Bruner); and his former wives, Phyllis Cline and Terry Boucher. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hayden; his children, Casey Cummins of Cassville, Missouri, Leslie Owens (Jim) of Joplin and Jocelyn Cummins-Goodrich (Bubba) of Omaha, Nebraska; and his brother Frank Cummins of Douglas, Arizona.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
