He was predeceased by: his parents, Elva Ray and Dolly Waugh (Stroup). He is survived by: his children, Cameron Waugh of Lebanon, Anthony Lupica of Exeter, Missouri, Kahla McClure (Luke) of Lebanon, Christina Hamza of Cassville, Alisha Pierce (Dustin) of Rolla and Maria McIntyre of Washburn, Missouri; and his brothers, Randy Waugh of Lebanon and Ron Goble (Shirley) of Hanford. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
