He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Skinner and Ruth Skinner (Ranson); and his daughter Shannon. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Stephens-Skinner; his son Cary Skinner (Kim) of Springdale, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Megan (Parker) and Matthew; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Stephens (Vivian) of Washburn, Missouri, Glenda Price of Washburn, Sandra Daniels (Fred) of Cassville and Coeta Stephens of Cassville, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Corinth Baptist Church and entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory.
