With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edith Swadley of Cassville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edith Swadley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Sanders and Hazel Sanders (Williams); her grandson Brandon Drake; and her siblings, Leon, Dick, Virgil, Donnie, Eldon, Joreen and Karolyn.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Wolf (Sheila) of Eagle Rock, Jerry Swadley (Casey) of Monett, Dwight Swadley of Republic, Jeanie Shearer (Joe) of Fairview and Carla Lowe (Nathan) of Neosho. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; four great-great-grandsons and two great-great-granddaughters.

Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Alene.
