With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elbert Allen (Cassville, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Elbert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elbert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Franklin and Anna Marie Allen (Terrell); and his wife Anna Mae Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Randy Allen (Kathy) of Marionville, Gary Allen (Donna) of Jenkins and Elberta McGowen (Daniel) of Mustang, Oklahoma; and his brother Jim Allen (Anita) of Chestnut Ridge, Missouri. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
