He is survived by: his father Vernon Harper; his children, Richard Harper of Cassville, John Randall, Harper, Jr. of Lookout, California, Jacqueline "Jackie" McIntire (Jeremy) of Cassville and Brittany Harper (Brandon Stevens) of Springfield, Missouri; and his brother Tom Cannon of Marionville, Missouri. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
