He is survived by: his children, James Popanz of Cassville, Brad Popanz (Julie) of Cassville, Ralph Jacob Hall (Samantha) of Columbus, Joshua Hall (Danielle) of Medicine Lodge, Kansas, Josie Welch (Albert) of Columbus and Dawn Stuart of Tampa, Florida; his siblings, Clinton Hall (Linda) of Olathe, Clark Hall (Jackie) of Baxter Springs, Kansas and Rhonda McLean (John) of Joplin, Missouri; his grandchildren, Chelsey, Matthew, Nik, Madisyn, Morgan, Justin, Ethan, Wyatt, Gracie, Mason, Kora, Kadance, Timber, Gunner, Gauge, Abi and Cooper; and his great grandchildren, AJ and Conlee.
