He is survived by: his mother Nova Kay Finocchiaro (Kevin) of Cassville, Missouri; his significant other Kristy Lawrence of Cassville, Missouri; his daughters, Paighton Nikole Evans (Stephanie) of Bristow and Raegan M. Brock of Cassville, Missouri; his brother Danny Morris Brock of Cassville, Missouri; his stepsisters, Kristyn Finocchiaro of Nixa and Julia Finocchiaro of Nixa; his granddaughter Hanna Jayde Evans; and his brother Tony Ball.
