She was predeceased by: her father Travis Hornsby; and her brother-in-law Steve Bailey. She is survived by: her mother Katherine Hornsby (Barnett) of Adrian, Michigan; her boyfriend David Gentry of Cassville, Missouri; her children, Jeremy Cotton (Machele) of Seligman, Missouri and Kathleen Russell (Simon) of Seligman, Missouri; her siblings, William Hornsby (Margie) of Adrian, Michigan, Peggy Timmerman of Adrian, Teresa Franklin (Harvey) of Conway and Lorie Bailey of Adrian, Michigan; her grandchildren, Alissa, Andrew, Taytum, Titus and Tripp; and her close friend Jeannie Williams.
