He is survived by: his parents, Dale Watkins and Leona Watkins (Pruitt); and his siblings, Deanna Hill of Cassville, Missouri, James Watkins of Albuquerque and Howard Watkins of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
