It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rhubein Elmer Belcher of Caulfield, Missouri, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Belcher and Ruby Driver McCarty. He is survived by: his wife Carla Belcher; his daughter Brandi Evans; his grandsons, Brady Evans and Jesse Evans; his siblings, Walter Belcher, Vivian Price and Vera Thomas; his sisters-in-law, Paula DeLacqueseaux, Deanna Sparkman and Donna Haarstad; and his son-in-law Joseph Doria (Joey). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Free Union Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
